Chia-Ting (Juno) Chen

Juno Chen has a diverse work experience spanning from 2006 to the present. Chia-Ting (Juno) has worked as a Receptionist at Ambience Hotel from 2006 to 2008, where they excelled in customer service and demonstrated proficiency in various computer software applications. In 2008, Juno joined Leader Mutual Freight System (Taipei) Inc. where they held multiple roles. As an Assistant Manager in the Overseas Business Department, they were responsible for managing global key accounts and overseeing air and ocean shipments. Chia-Ting (Juno) also handled sales and marketing, third-party logistics, and specialized shipments such as hazardous materials and exhibition cargo. Additionally, Juno worked as an Air Export Specialist, managing air export operations, customer service, and project management. In December 2020, they joined Mount-It! as an Inbound Logistics Manager, where they interact with freight forwarders and brokers, manages multiple warehouses, and monitors inventory balance adjustments. Juno has shown excellent communication and problem-solving skills throughout their career and has consistently demonstrated the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
