Ida Vaziri

Ida Vaziri's work experience includes serving as the Co-Founder of MOVE Texas at UT Health San Antonio since April 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Student Leader at the American Medical Association starting in September 2019. In August 2019, they also held a role as a Student Member at the Texas Medical Association. From May 2018 to January 2020, Ida worked as a Student Associate in the Bhat/Banerjee Lab at UT Health San Antonio, where they conducted central nervous system research on fruit flies. Additionally, from January 2013 to January 2016, they worked as a Piano Teacher in a self-employed capacity.

Ida Vaziri completed their education history with a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from UT Health San Antonio, from the year 2019 to 2023. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biology, General from The University of Texas at San Antonio, studying from 2016 to 2019. Ida started their education at Plano East Sr High School, where they obtained an International Baccalaureate Diploma from 2013 to 2016.
