Bibi Careau

Bibi Careau has a diverse work experience. Currently, they are working as the Chief of Staff at MoveMate from February 2023. Before that, they worked at Alma as a Co-Founder and Organizational Coach, starting from March 2022. At Alma, they focused on revolutionizing the work environment and provided high-value coaching services to transform organizations. Prior to Alma, they had a role as Chief of Staff at BoxKnight from December 2021 to April 2022, where they were responsible for overseeing expansion plans and improving processes across departments. Before that, they had various roles at Sonder Inc., including Senior Manager in the COVID-19 Revenue Response Team, Senior Manager in International Expansion, Global Operations Manager, Market Operations Manager, and Community Manager. Bibi played a key role in setting up operations, improving profitability, and establishing training programs. Additionally, they worked as a Developer at Federated Press and as a Teaching Assistant at McGill University in the past.

Bibi Careau attended McGill University from 2010 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in History. Bibi then pursued further education at McGill University from 2013 to 2014, earning a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in History. In 2022, Bibi enrolled at the Quantic School of Business and Technology and is expected to complete a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in 2023.
