Patrick Sean Barnacle

Patrick Sean Barnacle has a diverse work experience in various organizations and roles. Patrick Sean currently serves as the Director of Data and Technology at Movement Labs since March 2021. Prior to this, they were the Zoning Chair at Greater Hilltop Area Commission starting in 2019. Patrick Sean also worked at the Ohio Democratic Party from 2016 to 2021, holding positions such as Data Director, Voter File Manager, and Canvass Director. Before that, they worked at Everytown for Gun Safety as the Nevada Field Director and Ohio Organizing Director. Additionally, they were a Regional Field Director at Washington Alliance for Gun Responsibility in 2014. In 2013, they were the Ohio Organizing Director at Mayors Against Illegal Guns. Patrick's work experience also includes their role as a Field Organizer at Obama for America in 2012, where they successfully coordinated a large-scale GOTV program. Patrick Sean began their career as a Field Manager at Friends of John Delaney in 2012.

Patrick Sean Barnacle attended Indiana University of Pennsylvania from 2003 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics. Patrick Sean then pursued their legal education at Rutgers Law School and the University of Missouri-Columbia, School of Law, although the specific timeframes and degree completion status are unknown.
