Stephen Fountain, CCMP has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Stephen is currently working at MovePlan as a Senior Workplace Project Director, where they lead workplace assessment and change management activities. Stephen also manages a team and is responsible for delivering space and storage studies, effective communications, and move management. Prior to this, Stephen founded Wine Mouth SG in 2020.

Before joining MovePlan, Stephen worked at Mercer as a Senior Executive Assistant, supporting senior leaders and driving colleague engagement through diversity and inclusion programs. Stephen was responsible for managing schedules, travel bookings, and expenses reports, as well as maintaining the client relationship management database.

Stephen also has experience in the education sector, having worked as the Assistant Director of Campus Life for the LeRoy Neiman Center at The Art Institute of Chicago. Stephen'srole involved creating a sense of community on campus by organizing events and activities. Stephen successfully opened the center and developed a diverse staff team.

In addition, Stephen worked as a Graduate Assistant for RSO Development at WMU, mentoring and advising student organizations. Stephen opened a collaborative office space for RSOs, promoting idea generation and leadership development.

Earlier in their career, Stephen interned at Northwestern University, where they managed the day-to-day operations of the LGBTQ Resource Center and organized various events. Stephen also worked at Apple as a Mac Specialist & Concierge, contributing to in-store events and notable music and professional events.

Stephen's work experience also includes roles at Enterprise Rent-A-Car as a Management Trainee, WMU as a John T. Bernard Center Student Manager, and 7-Eleven as a Visual Merchandiser.

Stephen Fountain, CCMP holds a Master's of Arts in Higher Education Student Affairs, which they obtained from Western Michigan University from 2009 to 2011. Prior to this, they earned their Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from the same university, completing their studies from 2001 to 2006.
