Chelsi Ramos

Chelsi Ramos has worked in a variety of roles since 2016. Chelsi began their career as an Assistant Teacher and Lead Teacher at The Goddard School. In 2019, they were promoted to Assistant Director and Educational Director at The Goddard School, where they were responsible for scheduling and interviewing, utilizing Indeed to recruit and screen resumes, and maintaining state and QA/Goddard required paperwork and standards/policies. In 2022, they began working as the Culture and Communications Coordinator at Movers+Shakers, a fast-growing agency that has been recognized by Adweek and Fast Company as one of the Most Innovative Companies in the World and by Inc. Magazine as one of the 78 Fastest-Growing Companies in America. In this role, they are responsible for connecting to culture and spreading joy, with over 150 billion views on TikTok.

Chelsi Ramos is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Human Resource Development at Villanova University, which they began in 2021. Chelsi previously obtained a Bachelor of Arts in History from Kean University in 2019. Chelsi also holds certifications in CPR & AED from the American Safety and Health Institute, obtained in July 2021, as well as a Director Certification from The Goddard School.
