Courtney Ryder

Courtney Ryder currently serves as the Manager of Settlement Operations at MP2 Energy LLC, a subsidiary of Shell Energy North America, since January 2023. Prior to this role, Courtney held the position of Manager for Enrollments, Settlements, and Payments at CPower Energy Management from November 2014 to January 2023, focusing on customer enrollment in Demand Response programs and data compliance. Courtney's experience also includes working as a Senior Analyst in Demand Response at Constellation Energy from August 2007 to November 2014, where responsibilities encompassed customer enrollment and performance reporting, as well as roles in demand response settlements and systems projects. Early career experience includes serving as an Office Administrator at Parsons from 2003 to 2005. Courtney holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Maryland and an MBA in Finance from the University of Baltimore.
