Tina Nowakowski

Tina Nowakowski is the Director of Communication and Strategic Partnerships at mParks - Michigan Recreation and Park Association since June 2016. Prior to this role, Tina worked as the Communication & Community Support Coordinator at the Michigan Coalition Against Homelessness and as a Field Organizer at the Michigan Democratic Party. Tina also has experience as a Membership Coordinator at the Michigan Recreation and Park Association and as a Reporting Intern at Lansing City Pulse. Tina's education background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Michigan State University.
