Helen McIntosh

Helen McIntosh is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various companies. Currently serving as the VP of People at MPB since March 2024, Helen has previously held significant positions such as Director of People at BenevolentAI and Interim HR Director at Kry. With a strong background in strategic business partnering and people strategy, Helen has managed HR functions for large populations, including 2,500 employees across 42 countries at JLL, where responsibilities included talent management and employee engagement. Helen’s expertise also encompasses consulting, employee experience initiatives, and leading HR operations in diverse organizational settings, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in International Tourism Management from the University of Brighton.
