Marc Bickle has a diverse work experience in the field of biology and genetics. Marc is currently working at Roche as the Head of Organoid Phenotyping. Previously, Marc was employed at the Max Planck Institute of Molecular Cell Biology and Genetics, where they held multiple roles. Marc served as the Head of Technology Development Studio, leading a core facility group that offered high content screening services. Marc was also the Head of Kinetic High Content Screening, leading a team to develop high throughput cell-based assays. Prior to that, Marc worked at Aptanomics as the Head of Molecular Biology and the Head of Yeast 2Hybrid, where they were involved in cloning genes and developing high throughput screening systems. Marc has also worked as a Post Doc at MRC LMB and as a PhD student at Biozentrum of Basel University.
Marc Bickle earned a PhD in Molecular Biology from the University of Basel, where they attended from 1987 to 1997. Marc also obtained a Certificate of Completion in Java Course from SoloLearn in 2015.
