Niecy Riley

Niecy Riley, M.S. serves as a Culture Strategist at M+R since April 2021, where responsibilities include developing and leading culture strategy to foster a positive and inclusive work environment and enhance employee engagement and retention. Previously, Niecy held various management roles in People and Culture, overseeing firmwide culture and acting as an HR Business Partner across multiple departments. Niecy's career includes significant experience in higher education, serving as Assistant Director of Staffing & Human Resource Consultant at Loyola Marymount University, Resident Director and Recruitment Coordinator at Loyola University Chicago, and Assistant Director and Hall Coordinator at Roosevelt University. Niecy holds a Master of Science in Adult & Higher Education with a focus on Student Affairs from Purdue Global and a Professional Life Coach certification from Transformation Academy. A Bachelor of Arts in Psychology was earned from Northern Illinois University.
