Mike Connell

Mike Connell is an experienced professional with a diverse background in leadership, management, and training across various industries. Currently serving as the Learning and Development Manager at MRA - The Management Association since March 2018, Mike specializes in developing and delivering training in leadership, conflict management, and change management, utilizing both in-person and virtual formats. Previous positions include roles at SPX Transformer Solutions, Inc., Eaton, and All Pro Motorsports, LLC, where Mike held positions ranging from production to President and General Manager. Mike also founded M-N-R Enterprises, Inc., overseeing a successful restaurant business, and held managerial roles at First Federal Savings Bank and Bank One - Trust and Asset Management, where responsibilities included staff training and portfolio management. Mike holds a degree in Social Science with a focus on Psychology from Thomas Edison State University, along with education from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside and Gateway Technical College.
