We do not take internet access and literacy for granted. We build tools on equalizing platforms such as SMS, develop features for all levels of internet speed, and work to create the simplest forms possible.
We believe that everyone in need should be able to identify what resources in the safety net are available to them without having to give away significant amounts of personal identifiable information.
We are non-judgemental about the circumstances that can lead to poverty and financial hardship. We understand the courage it takes to be vulnerable and ask for help for your family. We view public supports as part of a larger ecosystem of support that everyone relies on in some shape or form to overcome challenges.
