Rich Rader has over 14 years of work experience in various software engineering and development roles. Rich is currently working at MRO as the Lead Principal Software Engineer. Prior to that, they worked at eviCore healthcare as a Principal Engineer. Before that, they served as the Team Lead of Software Engineering at SmileDirectClub. Rich also has experience as a Senior Application Developer/Team Lead at HealthTrust Purchasing Group and as a Senior Programmer Analyst at NFIB. Rich Rader's earlier work experience includes being a MiddleTier Tech Lead at Asurion and an Application Developer at BrightPoint. Throughout their career, they have been responsible for leading teams, designing and developing web services, and implementing tracking systems for various clients.
Rich Rader earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Science from East Tennessee State University from 2003 to 2008. Additionally, they obtained certifications as a Certified Scrum Master in January 2013 and a Certified Scrum Professional in January 2014, both from the Scrum Alliance.
