Nina Faber has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and positions. Nina started their career as a Judicial Law Clerk at the Hon. Arthur J. Schwab's United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania in 2003. Nina then moved on to work as a Judicial Law Clerk at the Hon. Thomas M. Hardiman's United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit from 2007 to 2008. In 2010, they joined the Hon. Judith Ference Olson's Superior Court of Pennsylvania as a Judicial Law Clerk until 2013. From 2000 to 2010, they worked as a Financial Services Associate at Reed Smith LLP. Most recently, they hold multiple roles at MSA - The Safety Company, starting as a Senior Counsel in 2013, then becoming the Executive Director of Human Resources, Americas in 2017, and currently serving as the Chief Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Officer since April 2022.

Nina Faber's education history includes a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in American Studies from the University of Notre Dame, which they obtained between 1993 and 1997. Nina then pursued further education at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, earning a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from 1997 to 2000.

In addition to their formal education, Nina Faber also obtained a certification in the Chief Human Resources Officer Program from Wharton Executive Education in December 2022.
