Johanna Beckmann

Johanna Beckmann currently serves as Vice President of Human Resources for MSC Cruises, beginning in January 2024. Prior experience includes roles at Del Monte Fresh Produce N.A., Inc., where Johanna held the positions of Senior Director and Director of Human Resources for North America from August 2019 to December 2023. Johanna also worked at Kohler Co. from January 2013 to August 2019, progressing through positions including Senior Manager of Global HR & Social Impact, and Senior Manager of HR, Legal & Global HR. Previous roles include Human Resource Manager at Coeur Inc. and Trotter Wellness. Johanna holds a Bachelor of Arts in Hospitality Management and is pursuing a Master's in Business Administration from Lakeland University.
