Napoleon Edward

Napoleon Edward is currently serving as a Human Resources Director at MSC Cruises since November 2023. Prior to this, he held the same position at Holland America Line from May 2017 to November 2023. With a background in HR management, he has also worked at Carnival Corporation as a Human Resources Services Manager. His career in human resources began as an HR Assistant at The Trident in Mumbai. He has a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Studies and Hotel Administration from Apeejay School and an MBA in HR from Welingkar Institute of Management. In addition to his corporate roles, Napoleon also has experience in training and campus placements during his tenure at The Park Hotels.
