Valerie Anderson

Valerie Anderson, SPHR, currently serves as the Director of HRBP at MSC Cruises, a position held since October 2025. Previously, Valerie held various HR leadership roles at Chewy, including Director of Customer Care HR and Director of HRBP, from August 2021 to October 2025. Prior to Chewy, Valerie spent over 15 years at Chevron in multiple HR capacities, culminating as Global HR Manager for HRSS Global Talent Acquisition and Talent Management, overseeing a team of 45 employees across Buenos Aires and Manila. Valerie’s extensive experience also includes leadership roles at Chevron focusing on talent acquisition, organizational development, and HR operations. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Purdue University's Daniels School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Ball State University.
