Mohammed Jahangir

Mohammed Jahangir has a diverse range of work experience. Mohammed started their career in 2019 as a Technical Recruiter at Involgix Inc, where they were responsible for full-cycle recruiting and coordinating the shortlisting and screening process. Mohammed also scheduled and conducted interviews for successful candidates and utilized the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) ceipal to manage candidate applications.

In 2017, Mohammed worked as a Mathematics Specialist at LEARNERS ACADEMY. In this role, they focused on strengthening classroom management and creating an environment conducive to learning and growth. Mohammed encouraged critical thinking and problem-solving skills through discussions and journal writing. Additionally, they collaborated with teachers to implement a behavior management plan that aimed at increasing cooperation among students.

Most recently, Mohammed joined MSRcosmos LLC in 2022 as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. In this position, they are responsible for gathering requirements from the internal team and understanding client requirements. Mohammed utilizes various techniques, such as Boolean search and referrals, to identify suitable candidates.
