Vivek Tyagi

Vivek Tyagi has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Vivek began their career as a Team Lead BPO at Sky telecom in 2012. From there, they moved on to work as a Marketing Manager at vansh global services from 2014 to 2016. Vivek then transitioned to the role of US IT recruiter at a confidential company, where they worked from 2016 to 2019. Vivek then joined Trinity Global Tech Inc. as a Sr US IT recruiter for a brief period in 2019. Vivek continued their career as an Associate Team Lead and later as an SR ASSOCIATE RECRUITER at EDoors Inc from 2019 to 2021. In 2021, Vivek took on the role of Team Lead at Smart IT Frame LLC, where they supported team members and worked on full-time positions. Vivek then worked as an Assistant Manager at Enterprise Solutions Inc. from 2022 to early 2023. Prior to their current position, Vivek served as an Assistant Manager at GTECH LLC for a few months in 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Assistant Manager / Team Lead - Recruitment at MSRcosmos LLC, where they manage a team of non-IT/engineering recruiters and also participates in hands-on recruitment. Vivek possesses expertise in various areas such as ERP, Big-Data Analytics, Enterprise Application Development, SAP Services/Solutions, Web Application Development, Cloud Services, and more.

Vivek Tyagi holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources and Marketing from Uptu, which they completed from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) degree in Information Technology from CCS (Chaudhary Charan Singh) University, where they studied from 2009 to 2012. In addition to their formal education, Vivek Tyagi has also earned certifications in Cultural Competence in the Workplace, Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion in the Workplace, and Unconscious Bias from Traliant in September 2022.
