Ms. Seseri is the Founder and Managing Partner of Glasswing Ventures, an early-stage venture capital firm investing in Artificial Intelligence enabled software companies. With over 17 years of investing and transactional experience, Ms. Seseri has invested in and helped build successful companies with innovative technologies in the fields of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, enterprise software and digital marketing technologies.

Prior to founding Glasswing Ventures, Ms. Seseri was a Partner at Fairhaven Capital, a technology venture capital firm, from 2007 to 2015. Previously, she served as a Senior Manager in the Corporate Development Group at Microsoft Corp., and as an investment banker in the Technology Group at Credit Suisse.

Ms. Seseri has been named to Entrepreneur Magazine's 100 Powerful Women list and Boston Business Journal's Power 50 Newsmakers list. She was appointed by the Dean of the Harvard Business School for five consecutive years to serve as Entrepreneur in Residence and is an HBS inaugural member of Rock Venture Capital Partners. Ms. Seseri graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Wellesley College, and holds a Master of Business Administration from the Harvard Business School.

Ms. Godridge joined US Bancorp in 2007 as Executive Vice President and Head of National Corporate Special Industries and Global Treasury Management, a role she held until 2016 when she became Vice Chair and Co-Head of Corporate and Commercial Banking. Previously, she spent 25 years at Bank of New York serving in a variety of senior managerial roles, culminating as Head of Consumer, Commercial, Private Banking and Asset Management.

Ms. Godridge was recognized repeatedly on The American Banker's list of Most Powerful Women in Banking, and she has served as a Trustee of the Museum of the City of New York since 2006. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Smith College and a Master of Business Administration from New York University Stern School of Business.

Klock joined M&T from Keefe, Bruyette & Woods (KBW), where he was managing director and head of Large Regional U.S. Bank Research, covering financial institutions including [M&T Bank](/org/mt-bank). While at KBW, he drove thought leadership and innovation for the bank research team and advised management executives on strategy, valuation, and financial disclosures.

With more than 30 years of capital markets, financial services, and investor relations experience, Klock will be responsible for building on M&T's legacy of transparent communication to the investment, analyst, and rating agency communities by enhancing their understanding of the M&T business strategy and brand.

Prior to KBW, Klock worked for M&T in the Controller's Group and in Corporate Finance from 1994-2004, where he held several management positions including vice president of Capital Management and Investor Relations.

Christopher E. Kay is the EVP of Consumer Banking, Business Banking and Marketing at [M&T Bank](/org/mt-bank). Christopher has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, including stints at CEK Ventures, Humana, Citi, and Target.

Kay began their career as an Associate at Faegre & Benson LLP in 1990. Christopher then spent 12 years at Target, where they rose to the position of Senior Leader. In 2007, they joined Citi as Managing Director and CEO of Citi Ventures. During their six-year tenure at Citi, Kay led the company's global venture group and was responsible for developing new business models and investing in entrepreneurs.

In 2014, Kay joined Humana as Senior Vice President and Chief Innovation Officer. Christopher played a key role in transforming Humana from a traditional payer to a consumer healthcare services enterprise. Kay left Humana in 2017 to join [M&T Bank](/org/mt-bank).

T. Jefferson Cunningham III is the current Director at [M&T Bank](/org/mt-bank). T. has held this position since October 2016. Prior to this, they were the CFO at Chatham Brewing, LLC from September 2012 to October 2016. From February 2010 to December 2011, they were the Group Head of Leveraged Finance at FBR. Michael J. Todaro is an Executive Vice President and Chief Risk Officer for [M&T Bank](/org/mt-bank), where he is responsible for risk management strategy, governance, and relationships with the company’s regulators and supervisory agencies.

 

He serves as a member of M&T’s Management and Risk Committees, and an Executive Vice President and Director of Wilmington Trust, N.A.

 

Todaro began his career with M&T in 1995, serving in several positions, and ultimately leading, the Mortgage and Consumer Lending businesses. Most recently he was responsible for the bank’s Enterprise Transformation activities. Prior to joining M&T, he was responsible for national mortgage operations at Citicorp Mortgage and held various positions at Marine Midland Mortgage Corporation and the Federal Reserve Bank of New York.

 

Todaro holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from [Colgate University](/org/colgate-university) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from [New York University](/org/nyu)’s Stern School of Business.

Robert J. Bojdak is an Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer at [M&T Bank](/org/mt-bank), where he heads the Credit Division. Bojdak also serves as a member of [M&T Bank](/org/mt-bank)’s Management Committee and Co-Chairman of the bank’s Senior Loan Committee.
 
As the Chief Credit Officer, Bojdak is responsible for the bank’s Credit Risk Management Division, which includes commercial underwriting and approval, credit administration, retail and commercial portfolio analytics, credit risk rating methodologies, counterparty risk, and problem loan management.
 
Bojdak joined [M&T Bank](/org/mt-bank) as Deputy Credit Officer for the Pennsylvania region in April 2002, and was promoted to Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer in June 2004. He has 37 years of banking experience, including regional credit and sales executive positions from 1992 to 2002 with KeyBank, and in credit and sales positions with Mellon Bank from 1979 to 1992.

Laura O’Hara serves as Executive Vice President and General Counsel with M&T Bank. In this role, she oversees all of the company’s legal affairs, as well as the Office of the Corporate Secretary.

She is a key member of M&T’s executive leadership team, which is responsible for the company’s strategic direction under the leadership of M&T Bank Chairman and CEO René Jones.

O’Hara has more than 30 years of litigation, regulatory compliance and risk management experience, including time spent at Santander Bank, where she served as Executive Vice President and General Counsel from 2015 until she joined M&T in 2017.

Prior to Santander, she was Executive Vice President and General Counsel for Consumer and Commercial Banking at the Royal Bank of Scotland, RBS Citizens from 2011 to 2015. There, she led legal support for all consumer and commercial lines of business including retail banking, mortgage, broker dealer, business banking, credit card, auto lending and student lending, as well as servicing and operations for those businesses.

From 1991 to 2011, O’Hara was with J.P. Morgan Chase and Company, where she held various senior level positions responsible for legal, compliance, risk management, mergers and acquisitions and regulatory affairs, ultimately serving as Senior Vice President and General Counsel for Chase Home Lending.

O’Hara holds a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and a B.A. in Economics from Villanova University, where she graduated summa cum laude.

O’Hara is a member of the Executive Committee for the Bank Policy Institute, a Board Member for The Clearing House, a Council Member for New York State Permanent Commission on Access to Justice, a member of the Board of Directors for the Buffalo State College Foundation, Inc., and a member of the Board of Directors for the Zoological Society of Buffalo, Inc.

Michele D. Trolli is an Executive Vice President with [M&T Bank](/org/mt-bank). In this role, she leads several critical operations, including banking services, corporate services, business continuity and integration, as well as the Enterprise Transformation Office. Currently, she is also overseeing the successful integration of People’s United Bank into [M&T Bank](/org/mt-bank) and Wilmington Trust.

 

She is a key member of M&T’s Management Group, which is responsible for the company’s strategic direction under the leadership of [M&T Bank](/org/mt-bank) Chairman and CEO René Jones.

 

Trolli also contributes importantly to M&T’s culture. She is leading the bank’s response to the pandemic, including leading the New Normal Taskforce to ensure the health and safety of employees and customers during the pandemic as well as helping define new ways of working. Trolli also serves as the executive sponsor of M&T’s Women’s Interest Network (WIN) – WNY Chapter, a group that supports personal and professional empowerment of women in the Western New York region. 

 

Under Trolli’s leadership, M&T unveiled a major investment in talent attraction in the WNY tech ecosystem through the development of the M&T Tech Hub at Seneca One in 2019. The new workspace is dedicated to cultivating and growing M&T’s tech team within a modern and collaborative environment, thereby attracting talent, fostering innovation and entrepreneurship. Overall, the Tech Hub will contribute to the revitalization of the region at-large. 

 

Trolli has more than 30 years of experience in banking, investments and technology. Prior to joining M&T, she held the position of Senior Director with Franklin Templeton, a world-wide investment management company, and was an Executive Vice President and Development Director of [KeyCorp](/org/keycorp), where she directed KeyBank’s application development division. 

 
She received a bachelor’s degree in computer science from John Carroll University.

 

Trolli brings the same level of leadership and enthusiasm to her community as she does to M&T. She serves on the board of Invest Buffalo Niagara, which works to attract new businesses, support expansion, entrepreneurship, and regional economic development. She is also a founding member and co-chair of WNY Women’s Foundation’s ALL IN, where she shares her dynamic workplace perspective to help the next generation of female leaders achieve personal and professional goals. 

 

Trolli served on the Buffalo [Federal Reserve](/org/federal-reserve-system) Board and on the mobile banking board of the Clearing House Association, the nation’s first banking association which today advocates on regulatory, legislative, and legal public policy issues on behalf of the U.S. banking industry before policy makers. She also served for six years as the director-at-large for the Bank Administration Institute (BAI).

 

She also served as director and chair-elect of the board at The Buffalo Zoo. An active member for years, she headed the Strategic Planning Committee and helped develop the zoo’s wildlife conservation plan.

 

In 2020 and 2014, Trolli was recognized by American Banker as one of the “25 Most Powerful Women to Watch,” an honor awarded annually to recognize influential female leaders and executives who provide exemplary work in the fields of banking and finance.

D. Scott Warman is an Executive Vice President at [M&T Bank](/org/mt-bank), where he oversees the bank’s Treasury Division, including Asset / Liability Management, Funding, Investment and Derivative Portfolio Management, Capital Markets Foreign Exchange Trading and Sales.

Warman also serves as a member of M&T’s Management Committee and on a number of corporate committees, including the Asset / Liability Committee, Wilmington Trust Investment Committee and the Capital Management Committee, which he currently chairs.

He has more than 27 years of experience in banking and has held many positions within the treasury division. Prior to joining M&T, he worked at the Federal Home Loan Bank in New York, evaluating the investment and hedging strategies of the 11th district savings and loans, and also worked as the Derivatives Portfolio Manager at Crestar Bank in Virginia.

Warman is a trustee of the UB Foundation. He is also a permanent member of the National Asset Liability Management Association (NALMA), and is an active member of a privately organized Treasurer’s Peer Group comprised of leading banking organizations. 

He earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from [Canisius College](/org/canisius-college) in Buffalo, New York.

D. Scott Warman

Doris P. Meister oversees M&T Bank’s Wealth Management business, including Wilmington Trust Wealth Management, M&T Securities and Wilmington Trust Investment Advisors. She also serves as a member of M&T’s Management Committee.

Meister has more than three decades of experience in financial services and executive management. Prior to joining Wilmington Trust in 2016, she served as president of US Markets for [BNY Mellon](/org/bny-mellon), was managing director of the New York office of Bernstein Global Wealth Management, founded and headed the Private Banking and Investment Group at Merrill Lynch, and headed the Private Bank at FleetBoston. She started her career at McKinsey & Co., Inc. where she was a member of the Financial Institutions Practice Group.

She holds a master’s degree in finance and marketing from The University of Chicago Booth Graduate School of Business and a bachelor’s degree in economics from [Smith College](/org/smith-college).
