Ryan Hawkins

Ryan Hawkins has worked in the IT industry since 2013. Ryan began their career at Rapid Tech Support, where they were a Technician Manager. In this role, they were responsible for researching and staying up to date with new viruses, training technicians on how to remove new viruses and ad-ware, and training technicians on how to repair the Windows operating system. In 2013, they moved to OMG Tech Help, where they were a Quality Assurance, monitoring customer service and sales agent's live calls, evaluating performance, accuracy, etiquette, tech work, conflict/resolution, note taking, and agents evaluation of clients' issues. In 2015, they joined PCMedix as a Technical Consultant. In 2017, they joined Palm Beach Mac Service as an IT Business Systems Specialist and Information Technology Supervisor, managing technicians, assisting with repairs, remote calls and escalations, and keeping up to date with Apple products, policies, and training. Most recently, in 2022, they joined MTech Mobility as a Deployment Manager.

Ryan Hawkins received their GED from Keene High School in 2010. Ryan then attended Olympic Heights High School from 2006-2009 before attending Don Estridge High Tech Middle School from 2002-2005. Ryan went on to earn an Associate of Science (A.S.) in Networking from Palm Beach State College in 2013-2015.
