Charlene L.

Charlene L. has an extensive background in learning and development, currently serving as the Senior Manager for Learning, Leadership & Innovation at MTN. Previously, Charlene held various roles including L&D Specialist at ADvTECH Group and Learning and Development Manager at Telesure Investment Holdings. Additional experience includes positions as Team Leader in Learning Content Development and Product Specialist at Momentum, as well as National Trainer at Avon Justine. Charlene obtained an Honours degree in English, Critical Theory, and Research from the University of KwaZulu-Natal between 1997 and 2001, following the completion of Matric at Burnwood Secondary School in 1997.
