Gaia Della Valle

Gaia Della Valle has a diverse range of work experience in various industries. Gaia began their career as a Contract Assistant at Europcar in 2016, where they provided customer assistance during the car rental process. In 2017, they worked as a Sales Assistant at DECATHLON FRANCE, assisting customers, restocking shelves, and providing information about products and promotions. Gaia then joined MisterFly in 2018 and held multiple roles, including Contracting Assistant, Junior Contracting Manager Maroc, and Contracting Manager. In these positions, they were responsible for tasks such as sourcing, negotiations, data analysis, benchmarking, and customer care. Currently, Gaia is employed as a Customer Success Manager at mTrip, a position they assumed in 2021.

Gaia Della Valle obtained their education in a chronological order. From 2006 to 2011, they attended the Istituto Linguistico Brocca "Pasquale Villari" and earned their High School Diploma with a focus on Linguistics. Following that, they enrolled at Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II and pursued a four-year Academic Degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management from 2011 until 2015. Gaia then continued their educational journey at the same institution and obtained a Master's degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management, which they completed between 2015 and 2018.
