Head Coach Of The Physics Learning Center at Michigan Technological University

Dalton Headley's work experience begins in January 2022 as a Mathematica Lab Consultant and a Physics Learning Center Coach at Michigan Technological University. In September 2022, they become a Lead Systems Engineer and later advances to the role of Chief Engineer at Michigan Tech Aerospace Enterprise. In August 2022, Headley becomes the MTU Student Branch Chair at IEEE, where they work on reviving the student branch and coordinating funding for events. In May 2023, they join Lockheed Martin as an MFC Intern, where they work on system integrations and designs custom PCBs.

Dalton Headley completed their education with the following qualifications:

- In 2025, they obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Michigan Technological University.

- From 2020 to 2024, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering, also from Michigan Technological University.

- Dalton graduated from Forest Hills Eastern High School in 2020, earning a High School Diploma.

- Concurrently, from 2018 to 2020, they attended Kent Career Tech Center, obtaining a NCATT AET/FOE/RCS certification in Avionics Maintenance Technology/Technician.

In addition to their formal education, Dalton also acquired certifications from ASTM International:

- In 2019, they received the AET-Radio Communication Systems (AET-RCS) certification.

- Dalton obtained the Aircraft Electronics Technician (AET) certification in 2019.

- In 2018, they acquired the Foreign Object Elimination (FOE) certification.
