Kitta Kohonen

Kitta Kohonen is an experienced journalist with a diverse background in television and mobile storytelling. Since 2003, Kitta has worked for MTV Oy as a journalist and correspondent in Stockholm, while also maintaining a role at Mediahub Helsinki Oy as a mobile journalist since 1999. Previous positions include content provider at Akateeminen Kirjakauppa from January 2017 to February 2019, and freelancing for MTV, Radio Nova, and Sveriges Radio in Brussels from 1997 to 1999. Kitta began the journalism career at Yle in 1991 and also worked for Sveriges Radio and BBC World Service early in the career. The educational background includes a Master's degree in Journalism from the University of Tampere and a Master's degree in European Journalism Studies from Cardiff University.
