Nico Roulston

Nico Roulston has a diverse work experience. They started their career as a Cafe Manager at Sodexo and successfully turned around a subpar store, achieving model store status. They then became the Restaurant Owner of Cs & cc - Candied Apple Cafe, where they increased sales and profits every year. They later ventured into the brewing industry and worked as an Assistant Brewer at PRISON HILL BREWING CO., L.L.C., gaining valuable experience under an experienced Head Brewer. Nico also attended Flatiron School, where they focused on becoming a Full Stack Engineer and gained skills in Ruby, Ruby on Rails, JavaScript, and more. Nico then founded their own company, BitSized Good, before joining LoadUp as a Junior Software Engineer. In this role, they contributed to various projects, including designing a server rendering tipping feature and integrating with third-party APIs for tax collection.
