Aditya Bandawar

Aditya Bandawar has worked at Mueller dotKonnect as a Human Resources and Operations professional since April 2023. Prior to that, they were an HRBP Associate Trainee at ValueMomentum from April 2022 to November 2022, where they onboarded new hires, participated in team events, and addressed employee concerns. Aditya also served as a Recruitment Coordinator at EDTEX from January 2022 to March 2022 and gained experience as a Human Resources Intern at Outlook Group from June 2021 to August 2021.

Aditya Bandawar completed their Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Industrial and Product Design from Bharati Vidyapeeth, from 2014 to 2019. Following this, they pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) with a focus on Human Resources Management at Siva Sivani Institute of Management from 2020 to 2022. In addition to their formal education, Aditya also obtained several certifications in Recruitment from EDTEX in March 2022, Entrepreneurship Development from Yogi Vemana University in July 2021, and Communication from Udemy in February 2021.
