Lysa McKenna Gaicd

Lysa McKenna GAICD is an experienced executive with a strong background in corporate markets and financial services. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer of Corporate Markets at MUFG Pension & Market Services since March 2019, Lysa manages business performance across various verticals, including share registry and corporate governance, while overseeing sales and operations in the ANZ region. Previously, leadership roles included Chief Executive Officer of Corporate Markets APAC at Link Group and Chief Executive Officer at Link Market Services, where responsibility encompassed the administration of share registry services and employee share plans. Lysa's career also features roles in business development and client relationships at firms such as Link Group and Computershare, along with experience in financial advising and pension consulting. Lysa holds multiple degrees from University College Dublin and has achieved qualifications from the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
