Robert H. Reibstein has served as Vice President of Real Estate at Mugar Enterprises, Inc., since 2005. He is responsible for overseeing the performance of a diversified real estate investment portfolio, including retail, commercial, industrial, residential and parking garage properties. Bob has added parking garages to MEI’s portfolio, created an in-house management company, and has grown MEI into the largest private parking garage owner and operator in Portland, Maine. He has also led MEI’s entrance into the development of a life-science research park portfolio. Additionally, he continues to work on current MEI development projects.
Bob earned an MBA with a concentration in finance at Boston University School of Management and a BA in economics from Boston University.
Bob has over 20 years of varied real estate experience. He began his career in acquisitions of investment-grade real estate for both public syndicators and private investors. In addition, he spent 13 years running a consulting practice with clients that included John Hancock, New England Life and Holiday Fenoglio Fowler, focusing on commercial mortgage portfolio management.
