Prior to this, they were a Promoter at HERCULES HOISTS LIMITED from 2014 to 2017. Additionally, they have experience as a Business Analyst at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants and as an Associate Consultant at Bain & Company.

Nirav Bajaj completed their high school education at Aiglon College. Nirav then pursued an Engineer's Degree in Mechanical Engineering with Automotive Design at Brunel University London. Finally, they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Harvard Business School in 2019.
