Lindsey Lake

Lindsey Lake is an accomplished talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in recruitment and talent management. Currently serving as the Director of Talent Attraction at MullenLowe U.S., Lindsey has previously held roles such as Freelance Senior Recruiter & Resume/Career Coach and People & Talent Senior Manager at Optimist Inc. Additionally, Lindsey has contributed to Rosewood Creative as both an Associate Director of Talent Recruitment and Senior Recruiter, and is a Founding Member of AIR Allies in Recruiting. Lindsey holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism with a focus on Public Relations from the University of Oregon, obtained between 2008 and 2012.
