Michael Manassee

Michael Manassee, SHRM-SCP, has a diverse work history in the entertainment and leisure industry. Michael currently holds the position of Director of Operations & Human Resources at Mulligan Family Fun Center, where they oversee the company's operations and human resources functions. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Human Resources and Government Compliance at the same company starting in April 2016. From January 2007 to March 2016, they held the role of Director of Training, Development, & Safety at Mulligan Family Fun Center. Michael also has experience as a General Manager at the same company from October 2005 to December 2006.

Before joining Mulligan Family Fun Center, Michael worked at ProFun Management Group, Inc. as the Vice President of Operations from April 2000 to September 2005. Michael also worked as a Leisure Business Consultant at LEDO International Inc. from September 1998 to March 2000. Michael started as an Area Supervisor for Ride Operations and Admissions from July 1983 to December 1991 and later became a Supervisor in Guest Relations and Wardrobe from January 1992 to June 1994.

Michael Manassee, SHRM-SCP, earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California, which they completed between 1983 and 1990. In addition to their degree, they hold various certifications including CPR/First Aid/AED from the American Heart Association, SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM, OSHA 10-Hour General Industry from OSHA 10 Hour Training, and IAAPA Amusement Facility Management School from Greenville Technical College.
