Cleophus (Storm) Rawls has a diverse work experience in the field of technology and telecommunications. Cleophus (Storm) began their career at Verizon in 2006 as a Fiber Network Field Technician, where they installed and maintained various communication systems for residential and business customers. Cleophus (Storm) worked at Verizon until 2012.

From 2013 to 2014, Cleophus worked as a Network Technician at American Apparel, where they were responsible for installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and repairing the company's data, LAN, WAN, and RFID networks. Cleophus (Storm) also maintained the wireless network and handheld scanners.

In 2014, Cleophus joined JRD Enterprises as a Field Technician, where they worked until 2016.

Cleophus (Storm) attended the institute from 2005 to 2006. In addition to their formal education, Cleophus also obtained a certification as an Electronic Access Control Technician from Avigilon in July 2021.
