Radhika Parashar

Radhika Parashar currently serves as the Vice President of Global Sales Enablement at Multiverse, where the focus is on scaling sales enablement and ensuring equitable access to economic opportunities. In addition, Radhika is an active angel investor and advisor to early-stage companies. Previous roles include building sales enablement functions at Figma for EMEA and JAPAC, where Radhika also co-founded and led the FigMirchi South Asian Employee Resource Group. Other notable positions include Head of Sales Enablement at Elpha, Director of Sales Enablement at ByteDance, and Senior Manager of Sales Enablement at Couchbase. Radhika's experience also includes roles in business operations and social media at organizations such as the Ram Rajya Foundation and the Thelton E. Henderson Center for Social Justice. Radhika earned a B.A. in English and South Asian Studies from the University of California, Berkeley.
