Maryam Khan has over fourteen years of work experience in various roles. Maryam began their career in 2007 as a Marketing Intern at ASB Communications. In 2011, they joined RBC as an Account Manager. From 2013-2021, Maryam worked at Robert Half International as a Tech Recruiter. During their time there, they managed all recruitment activities through the HR applicant tracking system, drove and led the full-lifecycle recruitment process from creating job descriptions, sourcing, interviewing and performing reference checks, and recruited, interviewed and on boarded employees for contract and part time roles resulting in 70% conversion to full time jobs. In 2021, Maryam joined Amazon DSP as a Recruiter and OnPoint Testing, Inc. as a Manager of Talent Acquisitions. Currently, they are a Client Success Manager at Mumba Technologies, Inc.
