Orly Goldshtein

Orly Goldshtein is an experienced professional with a background in computer science, currently serving as the Manager of the Application Department at the Municipality of Ramat-hasharon since July 2021. Prior to this role, Orly was a self-employed Chief Executive Officer and author of "Simply an Israeli Story" from September 2016 to December 2021. Between February 1997 and June 2017, Orly held the position of Head of the Academic Teaching System Section at The Open University of Israel, overseeing complex academic computer systems and managing projects from initiation to database design. Education includes a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from The Open University of Israel, pursued since 1997.
