In the role of Chief Executive at Cámara LGBT de Comercio & Turismo Ecuador, Diane enhances financial markets for LGBT+ individuals and allies. Diane's leadership at Pride Connection Ecuador promotes inclusive workplaces, while founding and presiding over Asociación Silueta X highlights Diane's commitment to transgender rights.
