Stephen Downey

Stephen Downey has a diverse work experience in the field of business development and quality. Stephen started their career as a Consultant at Hagen & Co. Inc, where they trained clients in problem-solving methods and prioritizing efforts based on impact. In 2011, they joined Munters as a US Quality Manager, responsible for three facilities in different locations. Stephen maintained ISO 9001:2008 quality systems and handled internal and external quality issues. In 2014, they were promoted to Director of Quality - Americas, overseeing quality programs in seven sites across the Americas. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Business Development & Quality at Munters.

Stephen Downey completed their Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering at Case Western Reserve University from 2003 to 2007. Stephen later pursued a Master of Business Administration degree specializing in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from Worcester Polytechnic Institute between 2012 and 2014.
