Nathalie Hall has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Nathalie is currently working at Mural as a Customer Success Manager, where they implement Mural for Enterprise customers and drives business outcomes through best practices in collaboration and meeting design. Prior to this, they worked as a Collaboration Coach - Customer Success at Mural, where they onboarded SMB and Enterprise customers and customized onboarding packages to facilitate growth and expansion.

Before joining Mural, Nathalie was employed at The Northwest School as a Visual Art Educator and Yearbook Director. In this role, they managed and taught effective synchronous and asynchronous online classes, created engaging learning activities, and developed workflow processes for learners. Nathalie also launched a new Canvas LMS course and helped students build new skills in a remote environment.

Prior to that, Nathalie worked at Seattle Public Schools as an Art Teacher, Art Operations Manager, and Room Design Lead. Nathalie collaborated with the Department of Capital Projects and Facilities to retrofit an art room, managed supplies and materials, and secured donations to cover expenses.

Nathalie also has experience as a Graphic Designer and Design Consultant, where they designed logos for various industries and consulted on website design and marketing materials. Nathalie worked for LREI as an Art Teacher and Design Teacher, teaching studio and digital art and overseeing art shows and the production of the yearbook.

Earlier in their career, Nathalie worked at NYC Department of Education as a Visual Art Teacher, where they developed a visual art curriculum and integrated principles of Conscious Classroom Management. Nathalie also worked as a Writer, Content Writer, Art Analyst, and Blogger at Ja! That's Art, and as an Art Director at Momentum Worldwide, where they provided art direction and design support for campaign executions.

Lastly, Nathalie worked at McCann New York, initially serving as a Creative Assistant, Executive Assistant, and Jr. Art Director, where they supported executives, assisted with art direction, and managed travel arrangements. Nathalie began their career as an intern (Art Director) at the same company.

Nathalie Hall holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communication and Media Studies, as well as Art History from Fordham University. In terms of additional certifications, Nathalie has completed the LUMA Foundation Course at LUMA Institute in August 2022. Nathalie obtained the Business Administration Specialist Superbadge from Trailhead by Salesforce in March 2021. Additionally, they hold the Scrum Master Certified (SMC) certification from Scrum Alliance, obtained in March 2021, and the Salesforce Trailhead Mountaineer certification from Trailhead, obtained in February 2021.
