Dhrita Khatri

Dhrita Khatri is a Senior Research Officer and Academic Pharmacist at Murdoch Children's Research Institute since February 2023, focusing on pharmacogenomic research to investigate gene-drug interactions and therapeutic recommendations for the pediatric population. Prior to this, Dhrita served as a Clinical Pharmacist at The Royal Children's Hospital from January 2011 to February 2023, providing clinical pharmacy services across multiple wards, including leading a pharmacy service trial in the emergency department. Dhrita's earlier experience includes roles at The Wellington Hospital, specializing in pediatric oncology, and at Counties Manukau Health, where an initial career began in geriatrics before transitioning to pediatrics. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Pharmacy with Honors from The University of Auckland, a Post-graduate Diploma in Clinical Pharmacy from the University of Tasmania, and certifications in Quality and Safety and Project Management.
