Timothy Johanssen

Timothy Johanssen is a Senior Research Fellow at Murdoch Children's Research Institute since August 2023. Prior to this role, Timothy held multiple postdoctoral positions at the University of Oxford from 2016 to August 2023, specializing in cell-based high-throughput screening and neuronal cell biology. Timothy's career includes serving as a Postdoctoral Research Associate at The University of Melbourne from January 2011 to September 2015, where contributions included tutoring first-year medical students and completing a PhD in Neuroscience. Timothy's research experience also encompasses positions as a Research Assistant at Prana Biotechnology, a Research Associate at Easai Research Laboratories London, and a Research Assistant at TVW Telethon Institute for Child Health Research, spanning from 1999 to 2010.
