Avigayil Reches

Avigayil Reches is a seasoned Product Designer currently employed at murmuration since May 2023. Previously, Reches served as the design lead for the employer product at Jobcase, Inc., overseeing the design and launch of the Jobcase Employer Center, a mobile-first B2B platform. Reches has experience as a UX Design Freelancer at SmartKargo, leading the UX Design process for multiple projects, and was involved in extensive design education through Springboard, accumulating over 700 hours of hands-on experience. Additionally, Reches has a background in moderating events focused on women's experiences in design, running an independent ceramic art business, and providing UX consulting services at Freight Farms. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Northeastern University and an Industrial Design Certificate from Massachusetts College of Art and Design.
