Laura Yates is the Director of Human Resources at Murray Ridge Center since April 2019. With experience as a Business Manager at Cleveland Compaction and a Human Resources Generalist at Our Lady of the Wayside, Laura is skilled in recruiting, employee relations, compliance, and data analysis. Laura holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Toledo and multiple associate degrees in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, and Accounting from Lorain County Community College.
