Cathy Vazquez is an accomplished compensation and benefits professional with extensive experience in designing and managing compensation programs. Currently serving as Associate Director of Compensation & Benefits at MTF Biologics since April 2016, Cathy specializes in aligning compensation and incentive programs with strategic objectives while ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
