Alena is currently serving as the Head of Recruitment at Muse Group, where they oversee all recruitment activities and manages the company's headcount growth requirements. Prior to that, they worked as an HRBP at Game Insight, where they managed operations across multiple game development teams and assisted in data structuring and forecasting. Alena also gained experience as an HR Specialist at ManyChat, where they managed end-to-end recruitment for IT roles and utilized advanced search tools for candidate sourcing. Alena started their career as an IT Recruiter at Sberbank-Technology, specializing in full-cycle IT recruitment for various roles. Before entering the HR field, Alena worked as an HR Manager at New Merchandising Technologies from 2015 to 2017.

Alena Pautova earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Maimonides State Classical Academy (MSCA) between 2011 and 2015.
