Holly Mulone

Director of Operations at Muse Paintbar

Holly Mulone is the current Director of Operations at Muse Paintbar. Prior to that, they were a Department Manager at Converse from December 2012 to March 2016. In their previous role, they were responsible for running the hiring, training and development of a staff of 25, as well as managing the floor and ensuring employees were providing customers with a world-class experience. Holly also created and managed schedules and calendars for employees, managers and graphic designers. In addition, they were in charge of all administration and operations of the store, including processing new hire paperwork, coordinating major shipments and vendor relations. Holly also ran the Customization Department, making sure the visual artists on staff were performing to company standards. Holly was also responsible for organizing and hosting in-store corporate events, and research community outreach programs and set up volunteer outings for managers and employees. Holly participated in weekly district conference calls with DM and other managers, and effectively communicated with and aligned with 4 other in-store leads and managers. Holly also analyzed P&L statements, shipping reports, and all sales reports to track business.

Holly Mulone went to Denison Secondary School for their high school education.

Holly Mulone reports to Stan Finch, President & Co-Founder. They are on a team with Karrie Whisler - Senior Creative Director, Jessica Colanino - Director of Events & Guest Experience, and Martin Kechichian - Director of Stores. Some individuals on their team include Sarah Garcia - Community Manager, Sara Bloem - Regional Manager, Tri-State, and Megan Raube - Human Resources Manager.
