Siobhan Hennessy has extensive work experience in various roles related to customer experience and strategy. Siobhan started their career at Vodafone Ireland in 1999, where they served as the Head of Consumer Market until 2004. Siobhan then joined TalkTalk as the Head of Campaigns and Loyalty from 2004 to 2009. After that, they worked at Vodafone as the Head of Customer Experience - Mobile from 2009 to 2011. In 2011, they joined eir Ireland as the Head of Customer Experience and later became the Director of Customer Experience & Online from 2013 to 2014. Siobhan then moved to Bank of Ireland as the Head of Customer Experience Strategy from 2014 to 2016. Currently, they work at Musgrave as the Head of Customer Experience Design, starting from 2016. Additionally, they serve as a Board Member at IRDG Innovation Network from 2021.
Siobhan Hennessy holds a BBS in Marketing and French from the University of Limerick.
