Patti Cobb

Patti Cobb is an experienced music professional with a diverse background in teaching and performance. Since 2012, Patti has provided individual piano instruction at Musika Lessons, focusing on music theory and various accompaniment styles. As a pianist for the dance band StringFire! since August 2010, Patti contributes to lively performances for Contra and Scottish Country dances. Involvement with Young Performers International as a teacher and board member emphasizes a commitment to fostering community among children through the arts. Additionally, Patti has held roles as a vocalist and keyboardist in various bands since 1979, has planned significant Scottish dance events for RSCDS-SF, owned an independent record label, and served as Finance Director for Walden House, Inc. Education includes a BA in Music from the University of California, Berkeley, and studies at the Academy of Music & Performing Arts and the University of Vienna.
