Janardhan Narayana Pillai

Janardhan Narayana Pillai has a vast work experience spanning over several roles and positions. Janardhan is currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Mustafa Sultan Enterprises LLC since September 2022. Previously, they held the same position at Thawani Technologies from August 2021 to August 2022. From January 2012 to July 2021, they served as the Chief Operating Officer at The Zubair Corporation. Before that, they were the General Manager / Business Head at Oasis Water Company from February 2007 to December 2011.

Janardhan's earlier experiences include roles at Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages Pvt. Ltd, where they served as the Head of Manufacturing from January 2006 to January 2007. Janardhan also worked as the Area General Manager for the Kerala Unit from September 2004 to December 2005. Prior to that, they were the Plant Manager at Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages Private Limited from March 2002 to September 2004.

Janardhan's career started with Escorts Ltd, where they worked as an Engineer from July 1990 to December 1991. Throughout their career, Janardhan has been responsible for managing various aspects of operations, including sales, distribution, marketing, technical, quality, HR, logistics, and finance. Janardhan has successfully achieved growth targets, improved profitability, and implemented innovative processes.

Janardhan Narayana Pillai pursued their education in a chronological order. In 1986, they attended the College of Engineering, Guindy, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, completing their studies in 1990. After a significant gap in their education, from 2010 to 2013, they enrolled at the Alliance Manchester Business School and obtained a Global Master of Business Administration (MBA). Continuing their educational journey, from 2013 to 2014, they attended Stanford University, completing a program in Strategic Decision and Risk Management (SSDRM). In the following year, from 2014 to 2015, Pillai pursued Advanced Project Management (APM) at Stanford University as well. Additionally, they attended the Harvard Business School in 2017-2018, completing a Leadership Development program (PLDA24). Lastly, in 2021, Pillai enrolled in Manipal GlobalNxt University, where they are currently working towards a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) degree, specializing in Business Administration, Management, and Operations.
